Our programme for 2008-9: Repertoire this season included: Grieg ‘Holberg’ Suite Elgar Serenade for Strings Mozart Adagio & Fugue Handel Arrival of the Queen of Sheba Vivaldi Four Seasons 22nd June 2009 - Concert at St. Mary’s Church, Penzance for Golowan Festival. 25th May 2009 - Performance at the Bluebell Festival at Tremenheere Gardens, Ludgvan, near Penzance, in aid of the Medical Foundation for the Care of Victims of Torture.
23rd May 2009 - Concert at
Paul Church,
near Penzance, 14th March 2009 - Performance at Cornwall County Music Festival gala concert, Truro.
13th March 2009 - 1st prize in the
Youth Orchestra class at the
Cornwall County Music Festival, Truro.
27th November 2008 - ‘Pride of
Cornwall’ celebration,
Eden Project.
22nd November 2008 - Trereife
House, Nr. Penzance, Christmas Craft Fair.
